The rental including sole use of the house, free use of the kitchen, complete with self service breakfast foods, and dining room. No4 also has 2 private parking places. The offer is for rental a beautifully refurbished 2/3 bed house for self catering, referred to as No4. All the bedrooms are ensuite, and there is a kitchen and dining room. No4 is located in the heart of Marlow and is 4 minutes flat walk from the High Street, shops & restaurants. We were originally inspected by the English Tourist Board who stated the standard was the top grade of 5 diamonds. The ensuite double bedrooms are let individually or as a whole house, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. For long lets, the rooms will be serviced every 2 days, and the bed linen changed weekly, and this is included in the price.

The house rental costs are seasonal and depend on the following:

• the number of bedrooms required for the stay
• the number of guests occupying the stay
• the duration of the stay

For example, a single person using a bedroom, sole use of the house, kitchen and dining room, parking, starts at £95 per night. But 3 rooms let for a period can be as low as £60 per night per room.
